Jasmy Incorporated (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director Kazumasa Sato, hereinafter “Jasmy”) has been considering building overseas bases mainly in North America and Asia up to now in order to promote business development outside Japan. As part of this, Jasmy has basically agreed on a business alliance with NEXSTGO Company Limited (head office: Hong Kong, CEO & Co-founder: Alex Chung, hereinafter “NEXSTGO”), which develops a wide range of PC businesses in over 25 counties, including markets from Asia to the Middle East, India, UK, and Ireland, and has begun preparations for collaboration.

In the Asia Pacific region, the demand for PCs that can be used with safe and security is expected to continue to grow significantly in the future, triggered by the expansion of remote work and remote learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. On the other hand, the sales situation of PCs in Asia, the Middle East and India is different in each country, therefore in order for Jasmy to accelerate overseas expansion in the future, it is essential to collaborate with a company which has already expanded its local business extensively and we have conducted various studies.

NEXSTGO has started its business in over 25 countries in the world as a leading company owning the brand of AVITA, which is one of the fastest growing PC brands.
